THIS PAST WEEK
We started our strength sessions at the club Gym at 4:00pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, these continue until July Camps start.
NEXT WEEK
- Saturday Fitness testing (June 17) at the Racquet Club 8am.
- Sunday June 18, Hike for Health fundraiser. WMSC has paid for all athletes to participate, we do encourage donations. 8:30am Blackcomb Gondola.
- Tuesday and Thursday 4pm at Club Gym for Strength sessions.
- Wednesday 4pm Level 10 North Vancouver Strength Sessions $15 per session.
- Fridays 6:45am Movement and disassociation with Mike Janyk. THIS IS A GREAT SESSION!
- Saturday June 24 Team MTB ride, meet Blackcomb base at 9:00am.
COMING SOON
- July Camps, 1st and 3rd week in July, check out the schedule for our exciting itineraries!
- Mount Hood Camp August 7-19. Registration link below, as well as camp Schedule.
- There will be no regularly scheduled dryland during July and August, we will begin again in September. But stay tuned for random team activities throughout the summer.
